Is the quote really free?
Yes. Every quote we prepare is free of charge and carries no obligation to proceed. We believe you should be able to compare your options with confidence.
How quickly will I receive my quote?
Most written quotes are issued within two to three business days of your request, or of the site visit if one is required. Larger or more complex projects can take a little longer, and we will always keep you informed along the way.
How long does the quote remain valid?
Unless otherwise stated, our quotes are valid for 30 days, as timber and hardware prices can change. If your timeline extends beyond that, let us know and we will happily review the figures.
Do I need to be home for the site visit?
For exterior work such as decking or pergolas, we can usually measure without anyone home, provided we can access the area safely. For interior work, we prefer someone to be available so we can discuss the details with you in person.
What if I am still deciding on the design?
That is perfectly fine. We can talk through the options and indicative pricing first, then firm up the quote once you have settled on a design that suits your home and budget.
